Shape Detectives
Learning Goals: Geometry and Spatial Sense, Shape Recognition, Writing
- Place a variety of 3D or 2D shapes around the room
- Students can become "Shape Detectives" to find these shapes around the classroom.
- Provide students with a clipboard, pencil, and documentation paper where they can write the name of the shape that they see, as well as draw it.
- Activity can be done in partners or individually.
