Pattern Bracelets

Learning Goals: Fine Motor Skills, Colour Reconition, Patterning

    • Provide students with a beads that are all different colours and strings for making bracelets. 
    • Encourage students to make a bracelet with whatever pattern of colours they would like. 
    • Once completed, students may need help in tying the end of their bracelets and then tying them around their wrist. 
    • When tying, have students describe their pattern.
    • As an extension: ask student to label what type of pattern their bracelet has (ex.a  AB, ABC, AAB, etc.).
