Nature Drawing

Nature Drawing

Learning Goals: Inquiry, Science, Art, Fine Motor Skills

    • Depending on the inquiry subject and student interest, this activity can be an extension of inquiries occurring in the classroom.
    • Choose natural objects (e.g., sticks, branches, flowers, leaves)/ objects associated with the inquiry subject and have students create drawings of them.
    • As an extension: have students share details about their drawings and what they noticed about the object.
