Making a Puzzle

Making a Puzzle

Learning Goals: Spatial Sense, Child-Directed, Collaboration, Problem Solving

    • Provide students with puzzle pieces and encourage them to solve it.
    • Provide different challenge levels including: not knowing what the picture is before and/or making predictions on the final picture or the number of pieces.
    • Encourage students to draw a picture that they want to make into a puzzle. After drawing, have them cut it in 4-5 pieces and have a friend solve it!
