Learning Goals: Creativity, Social Development, Pretend Play

Provide students with a kitchen set/centre space.

Encourage them to explore playing.

Students can be inspired to extend play by reading books about restaurants, homes, etc.

Extensions: Provide open-ended writing materials and loose parts to inspire creativity as the students make the centre their own.
