Learning Goals: Writing, Literacy, Concept of Print, Creativity
- Provide students with their own journals and offer the writing centre as an optional area they can play at.
- Encourage students to write about what they want and draw an accompanying picture.
- Optional: have writing prompts or photos/materials out in writing centre for inspiration.
- Offer students the chance to choose to share their writing with the class.
