Find the First Letter!
Learning Goals: Literacy, Alphabet, Phonological Awareness
- Seated at the carpet, have one student come to the Smartboard and identify the first letter of an image shown (e.g. Z for zebra).
- Ask the student to then choose from letters written below the image and circle the correct first letter.
- With the class, name the letter together and make its sound before moving on to the next image.
