Learning Goals: Communication Skills, Emergent Writing, Fine-Motor Skills
- Provide students with field notebooks for outdoor play.
- Encourage students to observe their surroundings using tools such as tweezers, magnifying glassess, and binoculars and to document their observations in their notebooks.
- Debrief student observations as a class and identify themes throughout.
