Alannah McGregor is an EdD candidate in Child Study and Education at OISE. She previously completed her MA in Child Study and Education at OISE and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Guelph. Her research interests include emotional self-regulation in play-based learning environments. She currently works as a Kindergarten Teacher and runs workshops for educators on building self-regulation in students. In her spare time she shares ideas and resources through an Instagram account - Gentle Teachers (@gentle.teachers).
